Itinerary

Arrive in Varanasi, where education and spirituality intertwine. After check-in at your student-friendly accommodation, begin your guided tour of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) — one of Asia’s largest and most prestigious residential universities. Explore iconic landmarks such as the Bharat Kala Bhavan Museum, renowned for its ancient sculptures, paintings, and cultural artifacts. Visit the New Vishwanath Temple, Central Library, and BHU Botanical Garden, learning about the university’s history, architecture, and academic legacy. In the evening, attend a student interaction session or lecture by a BHU faculty member (subject to availability). Dinner and overnight stay in Varanasi.

Begin the day with breakfast followed by a meet-and-learn session with university scholars or research students (topics can include Indian culture, literature, environmental science, or social studies based on group interest). Afterward, enjoy a walk through BHU’s Fine Arts Faculty and Department of Music for glimpses of ongoing student work and artistic culture. Post-lunch, participate in a short cultural program or group discussion on higher education and innovation in India. Conclude the trip with an optional Ganga Aarti visit at Assi Ghat, reflecting on the connection between knowledge, art, and spirituality. Evening drop at station/airport for departure.

Policy & Terms

Once your Kashi tour package is confirmed, inclusions and itinerary can be modified only with prior approval and may affect the overall cost.
Any date change or tour extension request must be made in advance and will incur an additional charge of at least 25% of the total package cost.
If any activity such as a boat ride, aarti ceremony, or special entry is cancelled due to weather or operational issues, only the applicable refund will be processed.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability. Standard check-in/check-out time: 12:00 noon.
For flight or train bookings made through us, 100% payment is required at the time of ticket issuance.
Rescheduling, cancellation, or refund of flight/train tickets will strictly follow the respective carrier’s policies.

Payment Policy

25% of the total package cost is required to initiate booking if travel date is more than 30 days away.
50% of the amount must be paid after receiving confirmation of hotels, transport, and activities.
Final 25% payment must be completed at least 10 days before the departure date.
Full payment is mandatory prior to the commencement of the tour to ensure smooth operations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after booking confirmation: 25% of package cost.
30 days before departure: 30% of package cost will be charged.
15 days before departure: 50% of package cost will be charged.
10 days or less before departure / No show: 100% of package cost will be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.
