Itinerary

Arrive in Varanasi, the city of light and timeless spirituality. After check-in at your riverside hotel, enjoy a peaceful walk along the Assi and Dashashwamedh Ghats, observing the rhythm of daily rituals and the sacred Ganga. In the evening, witness the spectacular Ganga Aarti, where chanting priests, oil lamps, and the fragrance of incense create a magical experience. Dinner at a traditional Banarasi restaurant and overnight stay in Varanasi.

After breakfast, drive to Chunar (approx. 40 km / 1.5 hours), a historic riverside town known for its ancient Chunar Fort, which offers panoramic views of the Ganga valley. Explore the fort’s timeless architecture, old cannons, and Mughal–British–Indian heritage layers. Later, enjoy a nature walk through nearby villages, meeting local potters and observing traditional crafts. Lunch at a countryside homestay or eco-lodge featuring regional cuisine. Evening at leisure by the riverbank — enjoy sunset photography or quiet moments near the flowing Ganga. Overnight stay at Chunar or return to Varanasi (as per preference).

Morning drive to Mirzapur, a scenic region surrounded by forests, waterfalls, and winding rivers. Visit the Vindham Waterfall or Tanda Falls (seasonal) — ideal spots for relaxation, photography, and light trekking. Optional visit to Vindhyachal Temple, a revered Shakti Peeth dedicated to Goddess Vindhyavasini. Enjoy a picnic-style lunch amidst nature before returning to Varanasi by evening for your departure, filled with the freshness of the countryside and tranquility of the river.

Policy & Terms

Once your Kashi tour package is confirmed, inclusions and itinerary can be modified only with prior approval and may affect the overall cost.
Any date change or tour extension request must be made in advance and will incur an additional charge of at least 25% of the total package cost.
If any activity such as a boat ride, aarti ceremony, or special entry is cancelled due to weather or operational issues, only the applicable refund will be processed.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability. Standard check-in/check-out time: 12:00 noon.
For flight or train bookings made through us, 100% payment is required at the time of ticket issuance.
Rescheduling, cancellation, or refund of flight/train tickets will strictly follow the respective carrier’s policies.

Payment Policy

25% of the total package cost is required to initiate booking if travel date is more than 30 days away.
50% of the amount must be paid after receiving confirmation of hotels, transport, and activities.
Final 25% payment must be completed at least 10 days before the departure date.
Full payment is mandatory prior to the commencement of the tour to ensure smooth operations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after booking confirmation: 25% of package cost.
30 days before departure: 30% of package cost will be charged.
15 days before departure: 50% of package cost will be charged.
10 days or less before departure / No show: 100% of package cost will be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.
