Itinerary

Arrive in Varanasi, where the timeless rhythm of the Ganga creates a natural harmony. After a warm welcome and check-in at your riverside hotel or eco-retreat, take some time to unwind by the holy river. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat — a sacred ritual of lamps, chants, and devotion that illuminates the riverbanks. Later, enjoy a leisure walk along the ghats, soaking in the calm atmosphere as the city transitions into a golden glow. Dinner at a riverside restaurant featuring local vegetarian delicacies. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Begin your morning with a sunrise boat cruise along the Ganges — a peaceful journey where you’ll witness pilgrims performing rituals, priests chanting mantras, and the first light reflecting off ancient ghats. After the cruise, return to your hotel for breakfast and a session of gentle yoga or meditation by the riverbank, focusing on mindfulness and relaxation. Later, enjoy leisure time — you may explore Assi Ghat cafés, take a short walk to Tulsi Ghat, or simply relax by the riverside deck. Optional activity: Visit Bharat Mata Temple or BHU campus before departure. Transfer to the airport or railway station with a refreshed mind and a peaceful spirit.

Policy & Terms

Once your Kashi tour package is confirmed, inclusions and itinerary can be modified only with prior approval and may affect the overall cost.
Any date change or tour extension request must be made in advance and will incur an additional charge of at least 25% of the total package cost.
If any activity such as a boat ride, aarti ceremony, or special entry is cancelled due to weather or operational issues, only the applicable refund will be processed.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability. Standard check-in/check-out time: 12:00 noon.
For flight or train bookings made through us, 100% payment is required at the time of ticket issuance.
Rescheduling, cancellation, or refund of flight/train tickets will strictly follow the respective carrier’s policies.

Payment Policy

25% of the total package cost is required to initiate booking if travel date is more than 30 days away.
50% of the amount must be paid after receiving confirmation of hotels, transport, and activities.
Final 25% payment must be completed at least 10 days before the departure date.
Full payment is mandatory prior to the commencement of the tour to ensure smooth operations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after booking confirmation: 25% of package cost.
30 days before departure: 30% of package cost will be charged.
15 days before departure: 50% of package cost will be charged.
10 days or less before departure / No show: 100% of package cost will be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.
