Itinerary

Arrive in Varanasi, the ancient city where heritage and spirituality meet. After hotel check-in, enjoy a guided orientation walk through the ghats, witnessing the daily life of pilgrims and priests. In the evening, attend the grand Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, where thousands of diyas illuminate the river — a mesmerizing sight of devotion and rhythm. Dinner at a traditional Banarasi restaurant and overnight stay in Varanasi.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Vindhyachal (approx. 70 km / 2 hours), a revered Shakti Peeth and a serene hill region known for its divine energy and natural beauty. Visit Vindhyavasini Temple, Ashtabhuja Temple, and Kalikoh Temple, each representing feminine power and spiritual balance. After temple visits, enjoy a short nature walk on the Vindhya hills, soaking in panoramic views of the Ganga valley. Lunch at a local dhaba or hilltop eatery featuring simple, traditional meals. Evening return to Varanasi. Optional riverside meditation or cultural walk along Assi Ghat. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Post breakfast, head to Sarnath (approx. 10 km), the sacred site where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Visit Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihara, and the Sarnath Archaeological Museum, home to the Lion Capital of Ashoka — India’s national emblem. Enjoy a serene guided meditation session amidst the monastery gardens, followed by a vegetarian lunch inspired by Buddhist cuisine. Evening free for local handicraft shopping or café hopping near Assi Ghat. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Begin your day with a sunrise boat ride along the Ganges — the golden glow over the ghats offers a moment of reflection and connection to the eternal flow of time. Return to the hotel for breakfast, followed by leisure time to explore Bharat Kala Bhavan (BHU) or shop for Banarasi textiles. After lunch, transfer to airport or railway station for departure, carrying the essence of Kashi’s timeless heritage and the serenity of its surrounding nature.

Policy & Terms

Once your Kashi tour package is confirmed, inclusions and itinerary can be modified only with prior approval and may affect the overall cost.
Any date change or tour extension request must be made in advance and will incur an additional charge of at least 25% of the total package cost.
If any activity such as a boat ride, aarti ceremony, or special entry is cancelled due to weather or operational issues, only the applicable refund will be processed.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability. Standard check-in/check-out time: 12:00 noon.
For flight or train bookings made through us, 100% payment is required at the time of ticket issuance.
Rescheduling, cancellation, or refund of flight/train tickets will strictly follow the respective carrier’s policies.

Payment Policy

25% of the total package cost is required to initiate booking if travel date is more than 30 days away.
50% of the amount must be paid after receiving confirmation of hotels, transport, and activities.
Final 25% payment must be completed at least 10 days before the departure date.
Full payment is mandatory prior to the commencement of the tour to ensure smooth operations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after booking confirmation: 25% of package cost.
30 days before departure: 30% of package cost will be charged.
15 days before departure: 50% of package cost will be charged.
10 days or less before departure / No show: 100% of package cost will be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.
