Kashi Prayag Sarnath Yatra
Itinerary
Arrive in Varanasi, the eternal city on the banks of the Ganga. After check-in, begin your sacred exploration with a visit to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the holiest shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. Explore nearby spiritual spots such as Annapurna Devi Temple, Vishalakshi Temple, and the bustling lanes of Vishwanath Gali.
In the evening, experience the soul-stirring Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, where priests perform synchronized rituals with oil lamps, creating a mesmerizing spectacle. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
After breakfast, drive to Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), the holy city of the Triveni Sangam — the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the invisible Saraswati rivers. Take a holy dip at Sangam, believed to cleanse one’s sins and purify the soul.
Visit Hanuman Mandir (Lying Hanuman), Anand Bhavan (residence of the Nehru family), and Alopi Devi Temple. Stroll through local markets before returning to your hotel. Overnight stay in Prayagraj.
After breakfast, proceed towards Sarnath, one of the most significant Buddhist pilgrimage sites in the world. Here, Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Visit the Dhamek Stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihar, and the Archaeological Museum, which houses relics of the Mauryan period.
Spend the evening in quiet reflection amid the serene gardens of Sarnath. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Early morning boat ride on the Ganges River to witness sunrise and spiritual activities along the ghats. Visit Tulsi Manas Mandir and Sankat Mochan Temple before returning to your hotel. After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
End your Yatra filled with divine blessings, peace, and enlightenment.
